Yes. Smart Inbox brings Instagram, Facebook Messenger and X messages into one inbox, and AI agents you set up can answer them from your own instructions and knowledge, handing a conversation to you when they should. Smart Inbox is part of the Business plan.

Yes. You can invite people to a pipeline with a link, comment on any card, @mention teammates and assign work to more than one person. Invitees can be editors or viewers. Inviting people is part of the Business plan.

AI actions, such as generating a post, an image or a carousel, use credits. You buy a pack once and spend it whenever you like. There is no subscription to cancel, and credits never expire.

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay, and packs are delivered to your account instantly. Prices are shown in INR or USD.

Yes. Anything you do through the MCP server uses your credits in the same way as the app does.

In the app, open Settings and then API Keys. Give the key a name and create it. The key is shown once, so copy it straight away. You can revoke it at any time, and anything using it stops working immediately.

Add the MCP server URL to your tool. ChatGPT connects by sign-in, so you approve access and need no key. Claude and Cursor send your API key in an Authorization header.

You do. Content you create and publish with Social Studio belongs to you, subject to the rules of the platforms you share it on.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private content to train general AI models without your explicit consent.

You can delete your account from the app, or email [email protected]. Once requested, your data is permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.

Yes. You are responsible for what you publish through your connected accounts, and for following each platform’s rules and limits. We are not responsible for account suspensions that come from breaking them.
